Certain categories of citizens are also entitled to assistance &#8211; war veterans, victims of the Chernobyl disaster, large families, and others.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note &#8220;Basic requirements for subsidy recipients&#8221;:<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Citizenship of Ukraine or other legal status of residence in Ukraine.<\/li>\n\n<li>Registration of residence in the residential premises for which the subsidy is issued.<\/li>\n\n<li>Absence of debt for payment of housing and communal services.<\/li>\n\n<li>Household income must not exceed a certain level (individually for each household).<\/li>\n\n<li>The household does not receive a utility service for the supply of thermal energy for centralized heating (heat supply) and does not use natural gas or electricity for individual heating.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Apply to the social security authority and collect the necessary documents.<\/h3><p><strong>Contact your local social security office for advice<\/strong> and to clarify the list of necessary documents for your case.<br>Fill out the application form and prepare the documents.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note &#8220;Indicative list of required documents (originals and copies)&#8221;:<\/h4><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A document confirming the purchase of liquefied gas (cash receipt, which must be provided when purchasing liquefied gas in a cylinder).<\/li>\n\n<li>An application for a housing subsidy. The application form will be provided to you by the social security authority.<\/li>\n\n<li>A document certifying the identity of the applicant (passport of a citizen of Ukraine) and members of his household.<\/li>\n\n<li>Registration number of the taxpayer&#8217;s registration card (identification code).<\/li>\n\n<li>Certificate of family composition issued by the registration authority of the place of residence (for example, a village\/settlement council).<\/li>\n\n<li>Documents confirming the right of ownership or use of residential premises (if owned).<\/li>\n\n<li>Certificates of income of the applicant and all household members for the previous period (usually for 6 or 12 months).<\/li>\n\n<li>Details of the applicant&#8217;s bank account (IBAN) to which the subsidy will be transferred (if available).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>*The full list of documents is determined by the social security authority.<\/strong><\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Submitting an application and documents to the social security authority.<\/h3><p>The employee who accepts the documents must check their completeness and provide you with a copy of the application with a mark of acceptance.<br><strong>*The subsidy for the purchase of liquefied gas in a cylinder is provided once a calendar year upon personal application.<\/strong><\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Review of your application.<\/h3><p>The decision to grant a housing subsidy\/not grant a housing subsidy\/refusal to grant a housing subsidy is made within 10 calendar days after submission.<br>The authorized body shall notify the applicant of the decision within 3 calendar days from the date of its adoption.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5: Receiving a decision on the allocation of a subsidy and its receipt.<\/h3><p>In case of a positive decision, the notification will indicate the amount of the assigned subsidy and the procedure for its payment.<br>The subsidy for the purchase of liquefied gas in cylinders can be paid in cash through a bank<br>branch\/post office or by transferring funds to your bank account.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note &#8220;Liquid gas consumption standards:<\/h4><p>The subsidy is provided within the established consumption norms.
